What we build
Design, demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile and finish work, all handled by our own team. You deal with one project manager, Sobir or Sara, from the first visit to the last punch-list item.

Featured project · Towson, MD
This Towson family had a closed-off kitchen with dated walls and poor flow to the rest of the house. We opened it to the dining and living areas, then built a large center island with seating, custom cabinetry, granite counters with natural veining, a white subway tile backsplash, recessed lights and a pendant over the island.
“We love our new kitchen! The island is where we gather every day, and the whole house feels more open.” The homeowners, Towson

Why homeowners choose us
Kitchen remodels go wrong in predictable ways: a vague quote, cabinets that arrive weeks after demo, and a rotating cast of subcontractors. We run every kitchen the opposite way.

How it works
Predictable from start to finish. You always know what happens next and when your kitchen will be back in use.

We measure the kitchen, check walls, wiring, plumbing and venting, and talk through how you cook, store and gather.
Layout, cabinet and counter options, and an itemized scope of what is and isn’t included.
Cabinets are ordered first (usually 4–8 weeks). We pull permits and set demo only once materials are on hand.
Dust barriers go up, then framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures in the right order.
We walk the finished kitchen with you, close out punch-list items and hand over your 1-year labor warranty.
Questions
In the Baltimore area most homeowners spend $15,000 to $30,000 on a cosmetic refresh, $35,000 to $65,000 on a mid-range remodel with new cabinets and counters, and $75,000 to $120,000 or more on a high-end or open-concept remodel with layout changes. Kitchen size, cabinet line, structural work and electrical upgrades drive the final price. After a free visit we give you a written, itemized estimate.
A refresh usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. A mid-range remodel runs about 3 to 6 weeks once materials are on site, and open-concept projects with structural work can take 6 to 10 weeks. Cabinets are ordered 4 to 8 weeks ahead, and we schedule demo around delivery so you are not without a kitchen longer than needed.
Usually, yes. We first confirm whether the wall is load-bearing and what runs through it. If it carries load, we size a beam, pull the structural permit and schedule the inspections. Many 1960s and 1970s Maryland homes are good candidates for this.
Replacing cabinets and counters in place often does not need one, but removing walls, adding circuits, moving plumbing or running a gas line does. We pull the permits your county requires and schedule every inspection.
If the cabinet boxes are solid plywood and the layout works, painting or refacing can save a lot. If the boxes are damaged, the layout wastes space, or you want an island or a new footprint, new cabinets are the better investment. We will tell you honestly which makes sense.
Yes. We set up dust barriers, protect floors and clean up every day. Most families set up a temporary kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge in another room.
Yes. We offer 0% APR financing through Enhancify for qualified homeowners, military, senior and teacher discounts, and up to $2,000 off a full kitchen remodel.
