Floors take more abuse than any other surface in the house: foot traffic, furniture, pets, spills and the occasional leak. Eventually it shows as scratched hardwood, cracked tile, peeling vinyl, squeaks or laminate that swelled after water got underneath.
We install and repair luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered and solid hardwood, tile and sheet vinyl. Most of the work that makes a floor last happens before the first plank goes down: fixing soft spots and squeaks, flattening the subfloor and choosing the right underlayment. We finish with transitions, baseboard or quarter round so the room looks complete.

What flooring is best for my home?
It depends on the room. LVP is waterproof and durable for kitchens, baths and basements. Hardwood adds warmth and value in living areas. Tile is low-maintenance in wet areas. We help you choose based on the room and your budget.
How much does flooring installation cost?
LVP installation typically runs $3–$8 per square foot installed, and a single room often lands between $800 and $2,000. Tear-out, subfloor repairs, stairs and trim affect the final price, and you get a written estimate first.
Can you install flooring over my existing floor?
Sometimes. Floating LVP or laminate can go over flat, solid flooring. Carpet, damaged vinyl or uneven tile usually needs to come out first. We check on site and explain the options.
Do you fix squeaky floors?
Yes. We locate the squeak and re-secure the subfloor to the joists, from below when there is access, before or without new flooring.
Do you move furniture?
We can move most furniture in the room. Please clear small items, electronics and anything fragile before we arrive.
