How much does trim installation cost?
Crown molding typically runs $4–$8 per linear foot installed and baseboards $2–$5 per linear foot. Custom built-ins run $500–$3,000 or more depending on size. Estimates are free and in writing.
Can you match existing trim in an older home?
Yes. We match common historic profiles and wood species. For truly unique molding, custom milling may be needed, and we will talk through the options.
Do you paint or stain the trim?
Yes. We can prime and paint or stain new trim as part of the job, or leave it caulked and ready for your painter.
Can you fix doors that stick or will not latch?
Yes. We plane, rehang and adjust doors, reset hinges and strike plates, or replace them with new pre-hung units.
Do you repair stairs and railings?
